Sydney began her journey in mental health by working with adolescents in a residential treatment setting, where she discovered her calling to help those struggling with addiction and childhood trauma. Her compassionate approach and calm demeanor in high-stress situations have made her a trusted and respected professional in the field. Over the years, she has honed her skills in trauma-informed care, crisis de-escalation, and counseling for co-occurring disorders.

As an EMDR-trained counselor, Sydney has a particular interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma, helping them foster resilience and reprocess experiences that bring disruption to their daily lives.
